Jon has been in the Real Estate Industry for the past 14 years in one facet or another. He began his career in 2002 as a mortgage broker with AJ Capital. After the financial collapse he switched gears and earned his Texas Real Estate license in 2007 selling commercial real estate for Marcus & Millichap. Slow market conditions coupled with tighter financial markets led Jon to a Field Engineer position with the Beck Group in 2010 in which he was an integral part of overseeing the construction of The Hope Center in Plano ($110M) and the new Gymnasium at the Episcopal School of Dallas ($75M).
Jon began buying various sized tracts of land in North Texas in 2012 which has undoubtedly led him into Land Development. Although small in size, his developments are well thought out, planned, engineered and will provide functional home sites for generations to come. With interest in over 1500 acres of prime North Texas real estate, Goetz Realty & Development is poised for the tremendous growth our area is experiencing not only today but for many years to come.
Originally from Plano, TX, Jon now resides in Gunter with his wife Natalie and 3 young children. Jon is a veteran of the Marine Corps and is active in the community.
